Alexandra drove us around the area and not only showed us the houses, but also took us on a tour of the surrounding area. Our Spanish was limited, but Alexandra speaks both English and Spanish fluently, and she knows the market and the region inside out.

We quickly discovered her friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the Pacific coast area was genuine, and she courteously drove us to a number of properties to familiarize us with different areas, local restaurants, useful stores, business persons and even a lawyer to discuss the necessities of Americans to buy and occupy property in Costa Rica.
