We moved to Costa Rica over 18 years ago looking for a quiet life and good weather.

For this we traveled throughout the country for a month to discover the area that suited us the most. It was not easy because all of Costa Rica is very attractive and with very different scenarios and even climates, but finally we decided that by proximity to the Capital, airport and the beautiful beaches Jaco was the right place, and still is.

In these 15 years we have seen it grow and it is a place where one can enjoy many amenities and easily find related groups. Jaco began to develop only 45 years ago, that makes it very interesting and providing many interesting opportunities.

Originally I am from Chile and live in the Canary Islands (Spain) for 15 years in the 70/80.  And the reason why we were looking for a place with a warm climate all year round after we finished raising our children,.

I love the lifestyle here where every day you can go to the beach to see the sunset and feel that you are in the perfect place … it’s like paradise.

Not to mention the exuberant vegetation and the diversity of fauna … every day you can see the scarlet macaws and many times of the year you can view from the beach, whales with their young enjoying these always warm beautiful waters.
